🔄 RENHAN Return & Refund Policy

At RENHAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return conditions carefully before placing a return request.

📅 7-Day Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return your order, please inform RENHAN at the earliest after receiving the product. Do not wait until the last day.

✅ Conditions for Return

The product will be accepted for return only if:

The product is unused and unworn.

The product is in its original condition.

The product should not be faded, scratched, damaged, altered, or showing signs of use.

The product should be returned safely with its original packaging/accessories, wherever applicable.

Products showing signs of wear or usage will not be eligible for a refund.

📹 Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, you must have a continuous, uncut and unedited opening/unboxing video as proof.

The video should clearly show:

The sealed parcel before opening.

The complete opening process.

The product and the damage immediately after opening.

Videos with cuts, edits or missing portions may not be accepted for damage claims. This type of unboxing-video requirement is also commonly used by jewellery sellers to verify transit-damage claims.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back to RENHAN.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches us and passes our quality inspection.

If the returned product is found to be worn, faded, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in its original condition, the return may be rejected and the refund will not be processed.

⚠️ Important

Please contact RENHAN as soon as you receive your order if you are planning to return it. Returns requested after the 7-day return period will not be accepted.

RENHAN reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
